Turtle Hostel requires valid government-issued photo identification. This includes drivers’ licenses, passports and provincial or state identification.  If you arrive without valid ID, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged for one night staying.

Your valid credit card will be pre-authorized to hold a reservation before you arrive. We charge you one night staying for no-show and late cancellation.

We require a credit card to hold your bed or room. You can make a reservation online or in-person (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express required). We do not accept phone or email reservations. Rooms that are not reserved are available by 11:00am, on a first come first served basis.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Please let us know by phone or email for early check-in. We would be happy to store your luggage for early check-in so you can go out to explore.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs will be charged a penalty fee.

Cancellation 72 hours in advance for free. It means that you must let us know by 3:00pm three days ago before your arrival.
We offer refund for early check-out, subject to charge one more night’s accommodation fee.

There are many banks throughout the downtown area which are within walking distance of Turtle Hostel.

Limited parking on-site $15/day available on a first come, first served basis. 

Sorry, we don’t provide overnight storage. We only provide free baggage storage on the day of your check-in and/or check out.  

No, we do not allow personal linens such as sleeping bags, sleep sheets and pillows. Linens are provided on every bed free of charge.

Sorry. Hostel is shared facilities. For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed to enter.

No, pets are not permitted at Turtle Hostel.
