House Rules / General Conditions
New Arrivals can check into the hostel after 3:00 pm each day.
Valid identification is a requirement. We accept a Passport, Photo ID and / or Driver's License. Management may request additional information as required from guests.
All rooms / dorm beds are payable in advance by 11:00 am. Over holding is not permitted
A $10.00 deposit is required for linen sets and entry keys, which will be refunded upon check-out.
Departing guests must remove all of their belongings from their rooms by 11:00 am
Any rented goods, such as towels or locks must be returned upon check-out.
Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs / Weapons
Smoking is not permitted within the premises. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not receive a refund.
Consuming Alcohol or drugs within the premises is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to confiscate alcohol or drugs found on the premises.
It is prohibited to bring weapons of any kind into the hostel.
Violations of the above rules will result in immediate termination of residency.
Guests cannot use the hostel for any commercial purposes.
Lockers are located in the dorm rooms. Guest should provide their own lock or rent one from Management.
Turtle Hostel is not responsible for any bodily harm, theft, loss or damage to any personal effects.
A 50% refund will apply for early departure to daily room / bed rentals.
Guests who have been evicted will not receive a refund.
Guests will be expected to reimburse the hostel for any damages caused by inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior will result in eviction from the premises with no refund.
For security reasons some common areas are under video surveillance.
Property left at the hostel will be disposed of after 15 days.
Limited parking may be available for a daily fee. Check with Management.
